I made a crockpot corned beef, used my own spicing and beer, onions etc. The broth seems useable but I have not found any place on the web where a recipe mentions using this by-product of long cooking except in a hash recipe. There must be some kind of old-world use I cannot believe that deli cooks would throw this out.
